Since I only have the chance to be on the boat on the weekends in BHW I usually go out to the pond one or two days a week after work to get my FIX.
As hot as it was yesterday I waited about 30 mins before dark to pull some in.
Changed up to a 3 1/2 inch blue/silver rubber minnow with a 3/16 weight in the nose. Tried a slow jig and missed a few fish because the 12 pound test was way to much for this lure. Decided to reel in like a lure and boom fish on. Ended up with 6 fish up to 2 pounds. The hogs werent too friendly yesterday.
The last pic of the bass is one that I caught a while ago and never posted. He went back into the water too.
Looking forward to finding some stripers on Sunday..
