Quick trip today with Jersey Joe. We met at 7:30 am at the marina in Keyport, Joe had coffee and bagels TT^. The water was 81deg the marina and 78 on the outside. We saw some peanuts on the way out but opted to pass them up. Heading towards the 18 we see big pods of Bunker finning in circles with nothing under them. We snagged a few for strip bait and we also had squid,spearing an gulp aboard. On the first drift Joe has a nice fluke on the side and naturally the net was in the cabin tangled in a bunch of gear :P as soon s I went to net it, Bye Bye slt slt it went. We laughed and said Oh well??
    We moved around to all the local spots and boxed  a 24" and a 22"on spearing squid combo, nothing on the teaser, Back at the marina at 11 to say hello to WB Warren grtn
