Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

i travel 78, 287, 9, 35, 36 to get to leonardo.  sounds like could stink for me.

Does anyone know if parkway at the driscol (sp?) allows commercial trucks (mine is a pickup) with a single axle trailer?  I think the only restriction is dual axle, but was wondering if somone would be able to chime in.  thanks grtn
It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

Commercial trucks with a registered weight of over 7,000 pounds (3.18 tons) are not allowed to use the northern parts of the Parkway . All trucks must exit at Exit 105, just past the Asbury Park Toll Plaza. From Tinton Falls to the southern end of the Parkway at Cape May, trucks are allowed, but must pay additional tolls. Buses are allowed for the entire length of the Parkway.[12] The "truck" ban includes all vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (the vehicle's maximum fully-loaded weight including fuel, passengers and cargo) over 7000 pounds, which encompasses dozens of large passenger vehicles, such as the Chevy Suburban, which can weigh in at 8,500 pounds, though in practice police do not ticket such vehicles.

From Asbury Park & South to the end any commercial vehicle can use this parkway...

D when we speak I can give a ton of ways around that and get you off that last 10 miles of 287 if needed  t^

I used to pull my 5th wheel trailer dual axle..( 35 ft. long ) and my nephew boat ( 23 ft. long ) dual axle ) with my F350 P/U truck. The truck was not registered commercial, but I see commercial P/U Trucks and vans on the Parkway every morning. Never had a problem.
