Whats wrong with this Boat Photo and Now the answer

  The flags have it. There is no National Ensign  flying above the bridge Small boats have stern Ensigns. The Flag on the bow is most likely wrong since a pendent is proper not a Flag.  if any. and in port docked or anchored a union Jack is flown from the bow.
 The photo is from a live shot taken Wed. the boat was like 5-6 miles off. no touch ups or changes but for the 2nd one  Ocean Grove.
Ship to Ship when passing at sea all foreign ships Military and civilian except communist country's they do not respect them self's anyway.   Dip their flags  to a Us Navy Ship in respect and in return The US Navy ship returns the Dip.
Thought I would throw that in as a Xtra.
