Am I the only one that cant figure this out ??? I make it smaller its says too big, make it smaller again same, picture is about as big as a quarter on paint still cant get it.  rgmn rgmn rgmn

I use photo bucket and use the image code link.  Then I don't have to resize, it still shows as a large image in the thread, and it doesn't take up Rod's server space.

Picture Tray works. You have to create a folder for the resized pictures. Once you close the program they are gone.

Al....right click on the picture when you have it opened and look at the pictures properties...I think the file is too large...not the dimensions( gota be 500 KB or less )

Here's what I do...

Open the pic....at the top of the screen it has an option ( open with )  I click that... get a drop down menu...I click Microsoft Office Picture Manager...

Click..... edit pictures

Click.......Compress Pictures ( not change dimensions )

You get the following choices:

Don't Compress
Documents
Web pages
E-Mail

Each one will compress the file size, some more than others...not the dimensions of the picture...
Just click on one and it will show you the before and after size before you actually make the change and save...

If not sure...I'd make a copy from the original picture to mess around with instead of messing and screwing up the original pictres...

Basically Al...you can either change the dimensions of the picture or the file size via compressing the file...I think you doing the dimensions...
