I make grilled wings with rooster sauce. Just marinade them overnight in a good coating of it and throw it on indirect heat on the grill. Come out awesome with the perfect, yet moderate, amount of heat and loads of flavor after cooking a while.
As far a hot sauces go, I find it the most versatile. Whenever my friends or family go on vacation, I ask for a bottle of hot sauce if I know they're going to buy souvenirs. So needless to say, I've tried a few.
