As I will celebrate A great fishing trip on Saturday   It meant a lot to me since I have not been out because of Many Medical Issues this past Year , And no better way then with that Group   God Bless them. Morning Bill....I have to echo the sentiments,regarding the group we had out yesterday, and the Fisherman. I had an absolute blast yesterday with everyone. Was a real pleasure meeting and "chewing the fat" with you, and making a bunch of new friends.

Cant wait to see the pics that Trish took.....We need a Trish signal......Big letter T on a spotlight we can point at the sky.

I had to circle the Fisherman a couple of times to make sure Trish was in good hands. After hearing the laughs and hootin and hollerin I knew she was with a great bunch of peeps. The only regret I have is that I should have taken some pictures.Just didn't think of it at the time. Sorry ...Maybe next time. Glad ya'll had a fun trip...

It must have been since I'm just feeling alive now (I THINK)   

My account of the day

Well I asked everyone not to call or bother me till 1 AM--thanks guys--Well guess what--got up at 1 to a text message I received at 12:58 am  Capt. Carl    He says call me at 5:35 to wake me up. you got it BUD 

Packed and on the road at 3 AM.Had a plan to meet Matt (Mbailey33) along the way-well he leaves at 3:30 and we met about 4 miles apart   

5 AM we stop at the bait shop I used since 1957.
walk outside and I hear DENNIS--turn around to a friend-(well never met yet-but from the forum)--DJ76
COOOL--nice to meet you DJ and your Dad.  OK--told OVERBITE I would call him At 5 and so I did--Said the alarm is going off and he's up.

Head down the road stop for a coffee--call Capt. Carl--5:29-no answer--call back 5;35 OK he's up--well he did say 5:35.

Got to the marina and Mark Treebeard--was there and had our spots saved--Thank you Mark!!!!
Loaded our stuff on the boat-took a walk to meet Capt. Carl for some SPECIAL GEAR that Matt needed and Carl was nice enough to drop off for him.

6:15 Everyone there and off we go to our reg. sit down breakfast.

TIME TO FISH--Capt.RON and Crew were just PERFECT as usual *****--(5 stars )

Cooler full of food which she took it upon herself to serve to everyone even though she was still getting over injuries that I know still ailed her.

As expected, another great day with fantastic company.. a real pleasure getting to meet Bill and Matt..  .. a couple of fine gents who'd I share the rail with anytime    and as always Trish and Den kept me fed and smiling all day.. add that to a great boat, crew, and Capt. that worked hard to keep us on fish despite terrible conditions, and it makes for another very memorable day    John, you where missed, but glad to see you had a fine time with your lady.. Congrats!

How did they get a 21" fluke on that key chain  
I got 2 and One I measured my self 1/8" short it went back but should of gotten a second opinion  . Just got off the phone with Denn. He is surely One in a million. He just had some news and we shared the Day Talking fishing again.
Its Like a Foot Ball game. its played in Minutes but discussed for Years.
Memory's of good times and friends are never forgotten.
