Today We had Hal,Amy, Harry and Issac onboard for Amys birthday charter. With the Bass still not chewing we went right to the sticky stuff. 1st boat on the grounds so i Looked around on some  nasty stuff until i saw what i wanted and dropped the hook. No sooner than we set up, a half mile of birds popped up over the Albies just off out bow but were moving north quickly ...and were out of our reach.....We had non stop drop and reel Porgies for about 3 hours until we got mugged by the manasquan fleet and decided to look a little further south for some biscuits. We found them but the keepers were few and far between today.  Picked up and ran home on a sheet of glass at 1 p.m.
The crew went home with a ton of fillets for the birthday dinner tonight!
