Really???? I was watching Dances with Wolves and he eats or take a bite of the Buffalo heart after the kill, guess it was a ritual thing, but point being is, do they really?? Like actually sell them on ice some where???

Trish Yes they do sell them. and also the Hearts and Livers, Kidneys, And many other Animal organs.
Deer Heart and Liver was something I looked forward to every deer season until NJDFG advised against eating them some years ago, PCBs, Mercury,
were to blame. Bill
