I will throw it out there if you want I can make a registration site where only the people on the list can go and register. They could pay with credit card or opt to mail a check. All of the tracking and reporting is done by the site. There is a small charge per head, $3.95 I think and standard small fee if a credit card is used. PayPal charges a fee as well and there is no automation. Rick if you want to know more le me know I can setup a ake registration page in about $10 minutes for you. Theres some other cool features other than reports. Group emails, reminders, allow people to make substitutions, etc.
