Finally managed a day our on the water.  Went on a friends boat and we found a flat ocean as we cleared BI.  Jigged around bird plays to the North of the inlet.  14 Stripes/5keepers and 2 bluefish.  There is a boat sitting on the marsh behind IBSP.
