We have had the house since 1960 and from that point on have always kept up with insurance payments....
We have had ton's of big storms come up our way in past years.... Some doing heavy damage along the beach front.
In all these years we have never had water even around my house.....This time we had 2.5 feet in the house.
I would think after 50 years of paying flood insurance......We could at least fix the damage......I'm not looking for any extra work or money.....
Just found out that Rt.35 from Point Pleasant to Seaside in open.
