Next one No BS this is way over 150 years old My Grand Father built it. Last one to use it was my Father 50 or so years ago, Also what made it Obsolete. So What is it and What was it used for. Hint Most every fishermen had one. It was important thing to have.
So you could reverse the line that was at the spindle to that of being on top.
