OK.  It's not the child lock or the delay mode.  It has no power, no lights, nothing.  We switched outlets and my brother-in-law did tests with the beeper thing.  And that website doesn't list Samsung. rgmn

Forget the 12 pack.  I'll buy a case for whoever can fix it. t^

Maybe this will help?  5hrug

"The power routing is from the emi filter to the main control board and to the door lock assembly. On the picture I will send to you is the routing of the power and what needs to be checked to determine the fault with your washer. From what you have said it could be the emi filter, the door lock or the control board. "

That's too bad.  Check Samsungs websight for a certified repair technician in your area.  The board is most likely dead.
You can also check the cost of a new board online at a appliance parts. Com store and replace yourself.  This worked for me when I changed my GE dishwashers control module.

Yup
Since you have the schamatic just trace the power from the plug to the board. If you loose it a long the way, that's it.
Get a meter and call me. I will tell you where to to check for power.

I wish you were not 100 miles away...

But then you did up the prize to a case of beer  ;D

If the outlet is good....it's probably some thing with you power feed...and or I have fixed many a printed circut board with just soldering a connection...when the main power feed to the boards get hot the solder gets loose and the vibration breaks the connection....

At this point you need to get into the electrics and poke around for a loose wire or ...smell the circut board too...if it's fried it will smell burnted...also with the unit plugged in give it the smack in the side test to see if that makes the power flicker meaning it's a loose connection...

I might have to make the drive and come claim that case of beer this weekend  ;D

Just buy new clothes and throw out the dirty ones.    You can even turn the clothes inside-out to get two days out of them.   ;D
