Capt.Ron/FISHERMEN/Tough couple days Bassin.
« on: June 02, 2013, 04:25:41 PM »
Tough fishing to say the least the past few day's. We catch a few each day but it hasn't been good. Hoping the males that swam through on Tuesday get done with the spawn and start to head back out into the ocean.
Water temp has been cold down the beach, today several guys mentioned 51, hence the live line bite has been crap!!! The chunk bite died in the bay also.

Going to hang in there hoping the change to the West, NW wind get's things going the next few days. Will know by the end of the week if it's Fluke time on the morning trips. I'd rather be an optimist then a pessimist...keeps me working hard!:)

Thanks!
Capt. Ron

Thanks Ron.  Like you said, this week will let you know what to do.  Luckily it won't be too hot. t^
