Rippin Lip 6/8
« on: June 09, 2013, 05:55:46 AM »
Headed out around 9. Had the full crew on board today. Drifted here, drifted there, shorts and robins everywhere. And by shorts, I lost track after the first 30. Finally hooked up our only keeper for the day around 3. Shortly there after blues came in and were boiling the water through out the bay. Water was a beautiful mud brown with a lot of plastic and wood all around. Still better then being at work.

Was reading some another report from a boat and don't remember seeing his net go over the side anywhere near what is claimed. Oh yeah Its fishing. In that case, limited out by noon . rofla

still trying to get a handle on how the bottom has changed after the storm. Mud where there used to be sand and rocks, sand and rocks where there used to be mud. One little hole I used to go to is now about 10' shallower. things have changed.
