Warinanco Park Pond 6-13-13

Fished for about an hour before my summer class tonight. Cloudy with spurts of light rain. Caught about a dozen bullheads on pizza crust. I've probably caught over 200 bullheads here under 6" and before today only one over. On June 13, 2011, 2 years ago to the day I caught a beautiful 16" bullhead and have been searching for another big one ever since. Today I caught two bullheads about 9" a piece. Although they were still small I was happy with them since they are now the second and third biggest bullheads I've caught here. One had a nastly looking red "thing" on its tail. No idea what it was. All in all, an hour well spent.

That is where I caught my first fish.  My grandfather used to walk me down the tracks to go to the lake from Hillside.
