Got out for some more "warm up" time before the fluke tournaments today with my bud Kenny. After a brief rain shower this AM turned into a great day weather wise...except?...The freakin' wind this afternoon. First stop and my very first drop, this nice keeper. Hoped it was going to be a banner day...my bud picked at a few, I then managed a sea bass for da box. I did miss a nice one that laid on the jig and dropped off after a couple cranks
. One of those you just know was a good size fish types. My bud took a nice 4lber that ended up taking the pool for the day
. Back at it soon to keep honing the skills for the tourneys...
