Salted clams freeze fine. I've never had a problem.

its not alot of clams can i use ground seasalt ? its about half a pint of clams can i use seasalt or do i need kosher salt i dont have alot of clam

 I think you'll be fine with ground seasalt,, you just dont want table salt with the iodine in it.

 Also,, salted clams do not have to be frozen or refrigerated, they'll keep with the salt.
