We pulled out of Keyport at 10:30 am and head to the Reach # 14 area. It was a nice day and the water temp was 56 deg.Many boats were trolling the area and we did not see much action. I made a few calls on the VHF and a minute later Dan "Reel McCoy" gets me on the cell phone.  20 minutes later were between the channels of the hook trolling an umbrella with tubes and a Maja spoon.  First Striper was a 34" on the umbrella, and the second was a 31" on the same rig.  The spoon rod started screaming but the fish came unbuttoned 50' from the boat.
    We saw Capt. Ron jigging the areas long with Capt,Jack on the Seahorse and also Capt.Don trolling around. We tried jigging and top water because we saw some Bass on top but they were not interested. When the tide slacked the bite died too.

Thanks for the report Eddie .Sounds like there isn't any fish in the bay ,any more .
