Spent most of the day working on our sporty, decided to take our center console out for a ride. On a hunch we brought a couple rods. Made it up to the canal when we saw a skiff with 3 kids all having rods bent over. On a time limit, we started to throw. Steady pick of Blues, few hits that bit like a Fluke and one hit which appeared to be pulled by the fangs of a Weakfish but will have to speculate. Tide wasn't where I would have liked it to be but the blues didn't care. Fun hour to end the day. By the time we left 3 boats were in the area and they all were catching blues? blues wee all in the 2-4lb range.
Saw some nice bass being cleaned on the dock which were all caught Oceanside.
