Hunter 2- evening 5-14-14 Raritan bay

[Hunter 2]

After work we managed to get a few friends together for a quick trip.  WB"Warren", Cashin, Jersey Joe and Carl made up the crew. Pulling out of Keyport on the Kristin Marie around 5:20pm the fog was starting the thicken up. High tide was around 8:30pm. Finding Bunker was going to be tough. We Trolled a Maja spoon and a stretch 25 down the green side of the reach towards 11A and the dredge boats. Nothing doing here.  
   Made a move to the red side of the channel and went more shallow and changed up the stretch for a 9ers shad umbrella. The blues are here!!    We stayed shallow in now pea soup fog and managed to haul 20lb bass on the umbrella.  Slow ride home in the dark/fog.  Gotta love the HD radar.   Good Luck,   Eddie

Nicely Done Eddie and crew!   Looks like the full moon was starting to get to Warren.. the demonic red eyes are a sure sign he's about to turn into a werewolf.. glad you all got in safe
