Signed on another boat Saturday

After walking away from the Coty Marine deal, I looked at other boats and found a 2003 Seaswirl 2101 DC with a 200 HP Yamaha, VHS,Fish Finder, Chart Plotter and trailer.Throw in fresh bottom paint,shrink wrap,winterization,and storage with a spring tune up. Awaiting a survey with a sea trial. If all is well, it will be my new ride this spring. <'((((><

If it is the boat I am thinking of, be careful of who you are gettingit from. make sure EVERY little thing you have is in writing and I mean EVERYTHING including where the boat will be launched from upon delivery.

I would also make sure all electronics are functional before taking delivery.

Not so pleasant experience if it is who I think it is (yes, very pleasant before I signed paperwork) down hill VERY fast shortly thereafter.

It's a trade in at another marina/dealer. They own the boat and are not the broker.Yes, they put all of their promises in writing on the contract. I plan on an intensive survey including a compression test, leakdown test,reading of the computer etc.I'll see how that turns out, and take it from there. You never know.  <'((((><
