Shark River 9-29-14
« on: September 30, 2014, 09:00:43 AM »
After multiple boat issues and a good weather forecast we just had to give it a try.  Question was what to fish for?  We headed to Shrewsbury Rocks to look for some blues and found a school of small fish off long branch.  When that dried uo we went on to the rocks and caught many short sea bass and no blues.  Headed back to Long Branch and again many Sea bass to go back and quite a few trigger fish.  Now to get a knife sharp enough to clean the triggers.  Boat was good and weather beautiful with very few boats.
