You are the first guy on the boat. 

Just so you know how it works.
The first guy on walks to the pointy end and he has the right to fish either side of the point of the boat and can switch anytime he wants to.

Everyone else must decide what side he wants to fish when they step on board and go up that side.

Last guy on please close the gate and that's your spot.

    

How'd I miss this one. Rule Change. The first guy walks on the boat and up to the top deck, then moons everyone who is not on the boat.
