I would think things should pickup after this mini NE storm in a day or so. Like Clam off the beach or mouth of the inlets and the hook.

Shows you my limited knowledge on fishing Strippers, not that I haven't had success fishing with what I used,but everything has been from the shore or the Naval Pier. Clams work in the fall but I prefer to use them in the spring. The before snow season I tend to stick with bunker/ eels
