They'll have some on the boat.  For charters they give you a few free, but with tog'n you end up sometimes losing alot and that can really sink the boat ;)

I don't believe there is a no braid policy.  I have all my reels loaded with Power Pro also.   TT^  And it ain't comin off!  ;D

Missed this one, where the heck have I been.  bngh. Real nice boat, rides nice and plenty of room. Have fun folks!

BTW, Mike does a great job putting these trips together. Hats off to him. I fished the Sea Hawk a few Saturdays ago on a charter he put together.

I only know of one party/charter boat that does not allow braid.  No issues on the Sea Hawk.

Quite a few captain don't like it, especially the "old school" ones but no one is going to ban it that wants to stay in business ;)

I use braid for all my fishing. but do use a long mono leader.  Makes life easier with tangles, rerigging, breaking out of the bottom, etc.

Rental rods for those that need will be spooled with mono, just a fyi. grtn
