Expert? rofla hhppy
Just a crab drowning hack that gets lucky from time to time.

Think Asians will be gone...you still seeing them?  One of my spots, they've been gone for awhile.  If you can get some, couldn't hurt of course.
Usually around now, greenies and whites are best.  Hermits would be like candy, but don't know of any local inexpensive sources.

Working on getting some whiteleggers TT^

Haven't checked my spot since late October..just figured I go down there the day before at low tide and if I found any I'd collect them. Spot is a 5 minute drive from my front door, so it's not like I'm going out of my way.

This spot is also an excellent fiddler spot but I'm sure they are all down deep in their burrows now.

I have no idea where to even look for a reliable source for hermit crabs.

hermits? Long Island ;)

The ASCs usually hide for the winter right after the fiddlers.

Might have to give a seminar on the creation of "coach bags" t^

Man I'd really love to be on this boat!

Hmmmm...maybe if I told my wife that her birthday present is a trip on a fishing boat on a cold day in December with a bunch of middle-aged men she never met before....

Oh who am I kidding!  Have fun on the trip everyone! ;D

Heyyyyyyyyy, I resemble that remark!   ;D

Tell her you are giving her a b-day present by being out of her hair for the day.   That's what I do.   TT^

Tell her she's going to get a private tog'n lesson, use a nice custom rod, and even a gurantee that she catches a tog.

I know some good lawyers too ;)

I can fill the three spots if need be, know a few guys inquired about additional spots so waiting to hear from them first. grtn
