BTW, Mike does a great job putting these trips together. Hats off to him. I fished the Sea Hawk a few Saturdays ago on a charter he put together.

That's basically it.

If we don't sail due to weather, then we reschedule or refund.  Can't make it, find a replacement and get money from them.

Easiest way to do charters IMHO.

actuly if you plan enough in advance everyone pays up front then book it cause supose a bunch drop out then what  a deposit is paid already and unless you re book a date your out the deposit bngh

Absolutely Bayonne, pay up front.  Then, if you can't make it, you get a replacement or loose your $.  The guy putting the trip together has enough to worry about without being concerned that he may get stuck for no shows.
