6/30 the big one got away
« on: June 30, 2015, 04:41:23 PM »
Caught 3 shorts and a 21.5 inch fluke today in about 7 hours of fishing..... The highlight(or disappointment) of the day was when I lost a fluke between 26-28 inches a few feet in front of me. She shook her head and spit the jig right there and laughed at me. For the first time my jaw hit the floor and I was(still am) in shock. About an hour after that is when I caught the 21.5 inch fish, and as I took the jig off/snapped a pic this guy 15 feet from me lands a 27 inch fluke.....  Congrats to the guy for catching that fish but I really have to wonder if that one was mine. To then top the day off I use the porta potty on my way out and get stung by a bee after closing the door.......

You have been doing better then most others that I am aware of overall, so don't feel bad about loosing one fish. I had to chuckle at that port-a- john comment  s5r
