Been waiting for the ocean to turn on/left late fri am due to domestic issues/drift was fast water temps warm on ax carl/bucktails were not working so changed to my old standby killie squid combo/nice 20 " immediately/redrifted same area/limit to 22" good short action as well/some small seabass and only 4 lost rigs on the damn pots/no sea robbins or dogfish that have been numerous last few trips/great day good weather

Thanks for the report.  t^ Short drifts work best sometimes when you find a nice pocket of fish.  More Political BS that all those pots are still on the reefs that fishermen paid for. rgmn  :headscra:
