« on: December 06, 2015, 10:55:21 PM »
I went out blackfish  fishing and had alot of trouble feeling bites only caught one short due to my telephone poles for rods what would be a good strong sensitive inexpensive rod for me to buy to cover everything from bucktailing fluke to bottom fishing for blackfish and seabass

whats your price range? tog you definitely need something with enough meat to get them out of the rocks. You shouldnt really be looking for the cheapest rout, take some time and save a little coin for what you want. You can get a rod built from a few guys here built to exactly what you wand tor the $150 +/- range

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

I beat the hell out of rods and have had good success with Ugly Sticks, durable and cheap with reasonable action.

My price  range is 50 to 100 dollars due to my monetary situation so unless I can find a used trevala or penn carnage or something im going to have to go cheap

I have 4 Tsunami rods with Penn Squalls that I use for multiple purposes. They work just fine for me even if they are mostly visitor setups.

Fred, fishing the "Kristy Marie" from Manasquan River Club. Channels 16/67/68.
