Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

I am not making it this year... It is the only day I can get a babysitter to work on the boat. I still have a lot to wrap up for the season. Have fun boys.

My leg is still hurting like hell and I'm  not getting  around  too good, most  likely   will be stuck at home a little  while longer.

I went on Friday afternoon with my son.  Picked up some 9" Shads from the Worm Bar, 9er's replacement packs, renewed my BoatsUS membership and bought a Cast net after my son was able to throw a circle in the demo.  I did not see any of the usual suspects from NJSWF at the show.  And I had to by my own dinner  ;)

went yesterday also. line was out to the loading docks when they opened. walked around a bit. didn't see much of anything new. everyone was a bit scaled down again this year and a couple usual booths not there at all. Did sit through some good seminars though. Deep dropping for swords and bigeyes was great and very informative. Hope to test out the knowledge later this year. Best was Trophy Tactics with Crazy Alberto. Very informative in between getting distracted by the fish action in the pond outside.
