Today Capt. Rob & Joe ran another 6 am open boat Seabass trip for a big crowd of great new and returning faces. Once again as soon as the anchors came tight the crew effortlessly was forced into overdrive as the Seabass to 4 1/2 lbs were snappin. The big crew proceeded to fill totes, bushels, baskets and buckets quick. So we move on, leaving the rest of them for another day. The new area gives up Ling & winter Flounders to top off the HUGE bags of iced filets everyone came for to match their big smiles. Thank you to everyone aboard, just another great day. If you haven't taken advantage of one of the best shortened spring seasons in recent memory, time is running out. Two weeks remain to cash in on excellent Seabass and mixed bag bottom dwellers.
