budget trolling gear suggestions

looking to purchase a few trolling outfits.  Capable to stripers and tuna if possible. Not sure if either of these would be suitable.....

The tld 25 is all you'd ever need for inshore and mid shore. Specs of 22lbs max drag with 17lbs at strike, for which you should never be over 15lbs at strike anyways for palegics, and much less for inshore.

 With braid a tld 15 would do you just fine, basically same stats as the 25. It holds 700yards of 50lb pp, is 1/3 lighter and 40 bucks cheaper.

The Shimano  Tekota with line counter is also nice for trolling,  People always ask how much line to let out,  it makes it so simple.

I have the 40LD for bassing. It is more then enough and with 60# braid would be find for most inshore pelagics.
