ONEIDA LAKE , NEW YORK. ANY ONE EVER FISH IT?

Thinking about fishing the spring run for the walleyes . never been there but i hear it is the best for the eyes. i pass it on my way to the big lake

I almost fished it this past spring. I went up to Oswego and was going to do a trip for Browns and a trip for Walleyes. My charter captain recomended going to Ondeida to jig for the Walleyes instead of trolling Oswego harbor for them. He said it was red hot fishing. This was May and the program was going to be jigging with tipped jigs outside of the feeder creeks in the afternoon. The trip wound up getting cancelled because of the weather. I want to try it this spring.

Have fished it several times when I go up there Turkey hunting with my Bud. GGGRRREEEAAATTT Walleye Fishing.......Chartruse is the color
