Catch and release?
« on: March 10, 2008, 06:02:50 PM »
Most of what I catch goes back. The only thing I keep are fluke or flounder. Then only what I eat.
They acquired their freedom for entertaining me.

You will have to come on down and fish IBSP this season.  We will get you into some fish.  May is a good time to fish the flats either on or about Mothers day the blues make their appearance along the back waters of IBSP.  The striper's will be there as soon as the water warms up to at least 45 degrees.

If you go the the NJSWF first annual party maybe you will win my trip.

Good Luck...

I don't eat fish so if no one on the boat wants it for dinner(which is rare) it goes back in.  Fresh water fishing is always catch and release with barbless hooks.
PS - That's what that part of the alphabet would look like if there where no Q or R.

I practice fillet and release.   TT^

But any fish that will not be eaten goes back in the water.  t^

I eat the fish I keep. Or give it to friends that will eat it.
A good day of fishing is better than a bad day of fishing. A bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work. That means work sucks!
