LBI surf report-wednesday
« on: April 23, 2008, 12:37:27 PM »
went to Ship Bottom today, around 9am. water was rough, and dirty. weather was beautiful. most guys using 6-8 oz lead to hold, i was using 3 oz with those spike things, held very well. caught 4 stripers, three too small to even measure, 1 was 26.5 inches, and weighed 7.5 lbs!

all in all, was a great day at the beach, t-shirt weather, no skates, no blues >:( . was a good day

Nice report. The fish are starting to show and cooperate. Better things are yet to come.  t^

Good report, the surf today off IBSP was beautiful but where are the fish.  I think it will be a night thing next week.

Happy Catching
