I got this on some short notice, but if any of you are interested in learning about these two hot new jigging techniques, you should definitely check out these seminars.  BTW, I will be posting an introductory article and field test report on the Lucanus Jigs very shortly. ;)

NEWS RELEASE
Three sessions on Saturday, May 17

THE REEL SEAT IN BRIELLE AGAIN HOSTS
FREE SHIMANO JIGGING SEMINARS

BRIELLE, N.J. 4/08 -- Anglers are invited to learn the effectiveness of Shimano’s Butterfly Jigging System - and the just-introduced Lucanus Jigging System - when The Reel Seat in Brielle again hosts free seminars on Saturday, May 17.

Seminars will be conducted at 10 am 1 pm and 3 pm, and each session is limited to 30 participants. “This gives us a chance to have some quality time with the anglers, showing them what works best within the systems, and having plenty of time to address all questions,” said Doug Rusch with Shimano. “We’ll have both factory representative on hand, along with our pro staff members who have really mastered the Butterfly and Lucanus jigging techniques.”

Due to the space limitations, pre-registration is required is required by calling The Reel Seat at 732/223-5353, or by stopping in at 608 Green Avenue in Brielle. Registration is on first-come, first-serve basis.

For more information on Shimano’s Butterfly Jigging System or new Lucanus Jig System, visit the Shimano web site at http://fish.shimano.com - from there, anglers can link to special dedicated web sites on each system.
