Who's going out Sunday and where are you going
« on: May 31, 2008, 10:25:40 AM »
I'm heading out of Sewaren just not sure what time yet. Thinking of heading up the Arthur Kill towards Newark Bay looking for bunker and Stripers. Anyone been up that way lately ? If that doesn't work out I'll be fishing the triangle area for fluke. Maybe we can get a few guy's fishing different area's and pool our info so we all have a good catch. If you don't already have my cell number just PM me. Otherwise just shout out for Mikey Gilligan on channel 68

Good luck to both you guys. I will be out Sunday, weather permitting. Out of Shark River, probably target flat ones. If the guys want, will try for bass first.  t^

Salty, the fluking where I am is still very slow. Getting some shorts. Water temp is still down. I heard of some half decent catches in the bays and rivers, but not a whole lot.

I'm seriously debating going back to the Point Pleasant Canal late this afternoon, and fishing it till dark, I'm watching the weather now. The bite was 'off' to me this morning, and perhaps the fish will feed tonight. I'll also be there Sunday morning.

The is looking good so we may head out to the tip of the hook for fluke. I also want to try the t-man lures. He said they work best at slack tide, mat give them a try.

We stayed home due to the wind reports. Just got more stuff down around the house. Maybe Friday, the weather looks good for now.
