5/30 Striper Report

Well me mental health day was very enjoyable with dad even though we did not catch any fish. Went out on the Fisherman at the AH. Total catch for the boat was one striper , one blue and on fluke all legal size. Capt. did everything he could to put a catch together. Fished with fresh bunker fist, no good , went to the clam beds and fished clams same results. That is why it is called fishing and not catching, still had a great day weather was beautiful. Going to try some fresh water tomorrow at Carnegie Lake in Princeton.

Not too many people scored yesterday. Was a day of fishing and not a day of catching for most. But the weather was beautiful.  t^

i guess you can't have the best of both worlds.. but a day on the water not catching is still a good day, with good company, conversations, and get a good tan... The best is yet to come.

It's not always about the catching it would be nice if everytime we fished we loaded up but most do it for the enjoyment at todays cost of things you have to love it to do it.
