Hi, I would like to thank everyone that has kept and is keeping Captain Victor Medina and our family in your prayers. As many of you know, I have been trying to get a fund started for a memorial reef in his honor. It has been a challenge trying to get this hosted by a non profit organization. I would like to thank Bobby and Art for all the guidance and assistance. Victor’s mom actually opened a checking account in memory of him for a memorial reef. We have linked the checking fund to a paypal account. You can also send a check to be directly deposited into the fund. Below are the two methods of making donations.
