Made a quick run from Leonardo out to the end of the ammo pier. Flirted between the furthermost Restricted Area bouys which produced good last week. A few shorts and (surprisingly) no robins to cut up for strips. Moved a little north to the start of the Reach channel and repeated a drift throught the channel the rest of the three hours we were out. Four keepers (none above 19") and some of the biggest robins I have ever hauled in. All keepers on robin belly/spearing and almost dead center in the middle of the channel ~44'. Also interesting to note that 90% of the hook ups came on plain jane Gamakatsu rigs with 3 foot leaders. Spros did nothing. Weird.
