DD sunday fluken
« on: August 04, 2008, 01:27:24 PM »
me and my friend ventured from Raritan Bay as far south as Pt. Pleasant for some fluken and some Warfside cheese steaks...

turned out to be a decent day...  lots of shorty flukes and a few keepers...  hopefully my friend signs on the board and uploads the pics....

by the way... while gettin fuel at the shark river inlet ... I noticed a familiar avatar on a boat... Irish Ayes... hope you had a productive day ...  Cheers to all...

Wow, that's a longggg ride for a cheese steak!

Yep, that was me out on the water Sunday and we did have a decent catch, thank you.  TT^

Gas price at the Belmar marina are down considerably. I filled up today. Came to a bit over $200.00, but it was at $3.85 a gallon. Not bad for middle grade fuel on the water.

And who said the price would not come down if we drill here drill now and pay less...Heck, all we are doing is talking about it, can you imagine if we took the initiative and did start to drill... 5hrug
