 Well, where do I start ?

Started fishing the Inlet today near 7 o clock, caught a bunch of shorts for two hours or so, a few sea robins, and a few LARGE star gazers up to 6 pounds. Like reelin in concrete. Fishing died down for the remainder of the day, incoming tide was ridiculous, current was way to strong. Early in the afternoon, saw someone walking towards me while I was fishing, knew he looked familiar,and it was Paul! Asked if I was Mark, and sure enough my name is Mark  t^. Talked for a little while trying to catch something, but why would that be the case. Not even a bite for that half hour. Good to meet another person off the site  TT^, thanks Paul for making my day better than what it was. Called it quits shortly after he took off, with no keepers, shorts in the early part of the day. Saw 1 keeper at 18 1/2 inches caught around 11 30. That was all, most of the fisherman were a little dissapointed with todays fishing  :-\... get them next time.  chrz

Nice report...that current is tough to fish in like that!!  Cool that Paul stopped by to say hi.  Thanks for the report.  Still plenty of time left in the season, get 'em next time!!

Thanks, while I was there the Angela Rose II happened to go by it looks like there were happy faces all around.   I can't wait to read the report... t^

yeah it was still fun to be out there... nice pictures paul..

PS.. I do look pretty jacked there, but I'm not.. Paul must mess with the qualities of the pictures  t^

Mark nice report.From the looks of Paul's pics(nice job Paul)it was a beauty of a day.Went to Belmar and further South in the early evening and asked around other fisherman on the jettys and surf,its was similar to to your report Mark.
