Question..
« on: August 18, 2008, 07:56:18 PM »
I know that the fluke fishing is going to be getting really good in the near future. Now, is that just for out in the ocean, or will the Manasquan Inlet fishing (that I do) get better also ?  5hrug Im going to be staying in lavallette with my cousin from Sept 5th to Sept 7th.... TT^

usually this time of year, the ocean heats up as the fluke start to migrate out.
Fish out of Toms River NJ.
Call Nick for open boat, 973-417-5756, or on Channel 68.

The fluke leaving the bays and rivers MUST exit them somewhere to get to the ocean. The only places they have to exit the bays and rivers is the INLETS. Thus, the fishing should heat up in the inlets as the fish are leaving thru them.  t^

I agree Joe they have got to run the gauntlets.  That is why I started fishing the inlet today.  No action but I did see a small Sea Bass caught.
