Sat 8/23 Fish Monger fluking
« on: August 24, 2008, 02:29:47 PM »
Had Jay from korean fishing club, sunshine tim blackcat, don and butchy aboard

Fished north

Fish was slow yesterday never really got a good steady bite going. only could pick one here one ,one there.

still managed to grab 21 keepers to 5lbs t^, but with good fisherman we were hoping to have a steadier bite.

Butchy landed 4 keepers on his first fluke trip of the year.

Special rigs worked well early .

4 fish were already packed away,

Thanks guys

Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But teach a man how to fish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years.

I hate it when people say they had a SLOW day, but still put over 20 keepers in the boat...

WTF..

Very nice catch.
Fish out of Toms River NJ.

luna sea it was slow

you dont catch many shorts and bites are few and far between. but they are nice size fish

8+ hours for 30 bites

lose lotsof bucktails as well

it comes with a price

Hopefully everyone see the extra fuel burn with the run +16 miles from pt to put together a decent fluke catch.

Bobber alaways a pleasure
