Headed North Today, Joe Jigamafish, Tony Bobber and Black cat aboard with Me wayne and Bruce.
Got set up in 40ft and the tog were chewin, Everyone put their one in the box
including a 7lber and 6lber. Played catch and release a while with keepers. Could have caught them all day. No porgy or seabass life in there though like before the blow. Decided to go looking for seabass porgies. Made a drop in longbranch No good...
Headed of the beach to try for some ling or seabass in 110 ft where we had some ling ding before the storm. no life except for small seabass
Only got 2 winter flounders (released) and 1 ling. Tried a drop a little deeper no ling. And tims beautiful pout.
Headed inshore to a wreck in 90ft, had drop and reel seabass, But to many shorts could catch them 3 at time for a dime only a few keepers mixed in.
Was ready to go home but tried one more wreck in 85ft. managed to pick some keepers seabass to 3lbs(tony) and a few nice porgies.
Covered alot of ground, got back a little late, but managed to put some meat in the cooler.
Guys fished hard weeding through so many shorts. Good times and lots of laughs.
Thanks
