Left Shark River around 8 AM and started North. Did not see a bird any wheres. Decent sized swell slowed my progress a little but put the trolling rigs in at elberon and trolled past Long Branch without a touch. Picked up and ran to the Shrewsbury Rocks and found two boats on the troll. Eventually caught some bluefish. Still no sign on any birds. Back down to Long Branch, found a rock pile and caught a few porgies and several black fish. All in all a slow day but enought action to keep it interesting.
