11/29/08 Stray Cat report

We have been fishing Tog.  The bite is hot and cold- some days we can't miss and outher its hard to get half a limit. The pot fishermen have been very active- with a big increase in gear on the OC reef. Alot of small fish have very thin tails,probably not feeding when there trapped. Anyhow... the fishing inshore of the reef an area called the COMA  is good a good bite on blues and striper's. We have had a load of birdplays every day.  This has been the best striper season in years.
